Changes and cancellations by you

(i) If you cancel your booking 31 days or more prior to the event, there will be an administration charge of €100.

(ii) If you cancel your booking 30 days or fewer prior to the event or if you do not attend, you will forfeit all money paid – and no refund will be available.

(iii) All cancellations must be made in writing and they will be acknowledged by us in writing.

Force Majeure

Except where otherwise expressly stated in these Booking Conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by Force Majeure. Additionally, we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where you suffer any damage, injury, expense or loss of any description as a result of Force Majeure.

Changes and cancellations by us

(i) Occasionally, we have to make changes to the event arrangements and in extreme circumstances cancel an event altogether. Whilst we always endeavour to avoid changes and cancellations, we must reserve the right to do so.

(ii) Most changes are likely to be minor for example a change in the timing of the event or a change in the venue (where the event or content itself has not changed), or a change in the agenda or speakers.

(iii) It may occur that a significant change or cancellation may have to be made to a confirmed booking. If we have to make a significant change or cancel, we will endeavour to tell you as soon as possible. In the event of a complete cancellation, we will refund your payment in full less the cost of credit card charges or bank charges and related administration. We regret that we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation for any direct or indirect implications of the conference being cancelled.

Law and Jurisdiction

(i) Green Aviation International Association is not responsible for the content of the presentations or workshops at the conference. The material covered is supplied by the suppliers themselves or by third parties. You are advised to verify the accuracy of any information before relying on it. The content is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind (express or implied) and Green Aviation International Association does not (and cannot) accept any liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission in the Content or, to the fullest extent permitted by law, arising from any infringing, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material in the content.

(ii) To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Aviation International Association shall not be liable under or in connection with this agreement, in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) or howsoever arising, for any loss of profits, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

(iii) This Agreement and all matters arising out of it shall be construed and governed according to English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
